♡ Do you have a set open day for the end?

We do not have a set date for the end to open, however, it will be nearer to the end of the season!

♡ Do you know when the next season will start?

We do not have a set date for the opening of a new season. Each season lasts around 7 months-ish. A new season happens when resources get sparse and members run out of things to do.

♡ When does the nether get wiped?

The nether gets to reset the first of every month. The reason we reset the nether every month is so that resources can replenish! This means anything you build in the nether will get reset. So make sure you aren't putting anything special there!

♡ Can I invite my friends?

Yes of course! This server is open to anyone as long as they are willing to respect our server rules!

♡ Can I play on the SMP without a Discord account?

No, to play on the SMP you will need to connect your Minecraft account to a Discord account, and you will need to be in the Discord server.

♡ Can my 6-year-old sibling play on my account?

No, anyone who plays on the SMP must be above 13 years old. This is because you must be a member of our Discord and their Terms of Service states you must be at least 13 years old for an account.

♡ What happens if my sibling gets on my account and breaks the rules?

You are responsible for everything that happens on your account! The appropriate punishment will still be handed out but you can appeal this ban through Ban appeal tickets.

♡ How do I celestial fly on bedrock?

To fly on Mobile, you need to crouch while holding a feather.

♡ What do the level-ups do?

The level-ups are a part of the MCMMO plugin to unlock extra abilities. You can read all about them in game with /mmogui or check the wiki here: https://mcmmo.fandom.com/wiki/McMMO_Wiki

♡ How do I add/remove the resource pack?

If you are on Java you can go to your settings while in the server, and then go to the tab labelled resource packs, and remove the one labelled fairytales!

♡ I bought heads but didn’t get all of them, how do I get the rest?

This happened because you didn't have enough space in your inventory! Please do /cr claim when you have enough space.

♡ When are you updating the server to 1.20?

The servers will be updating to 1.20 at the start of the new season, so we won't be updating for a few months! This is due to our custom terrains- it would cause a lot of chunk issues.

♡ I have been falsely banned. What do I do?

If you have been falsely banned you can open an SMP Unban appeal ticket in the Discord.

♡ What do I do if I haven’t got the paid rank roles on the discord?

You'll want to open a SMP Store Help ticket, which can be found within the Discord server, in the channel labelled tickets.

♡ Why do the followers only show as Steve?

Sadly if you are on bedrock followers will not show as their intended image, but instead, they will all show up as Steves.

This is made clear in the store. If you bought a follower on bedrock accidentally, please open a store ticket!
