♡ How do I open a ticket?

Head to the #Tickets channel in the Discord server and read through all the info! When you have read through, press the button you need to contact the correct staff team. This will create a new channel with yourself and our moderation team.

♡ Where can I view a list of banned words on the server?

We do not publicly share our list of banned words for safety reasons. Sorry about that!

♡ How can I report someone breaking the rules?

You may open a ticket in the #Tickets channel in the Discord server to report something to the staff! This will open a private channel with yourself and the staff team to converse with them.

Alternatively, if you are wanting to report a member more discretely, you can react to the message of a member breaking the rules with the 'mods help' emote in the server. This will send the report to a private staff channel to be dealt with behind the scenes, discretely.

All reports are looked into, even if you cannot see it. Please do not be afraid to report messages! Moderators are here for a reason!

♡ How do I submit an unban/unmute appeal?

Upon receiving your punishment, you will receive an appeal from Dyno bot in you DM’s. Fill that out and a moderator will make a decision regarding your appeal. The outcome of your appeal will be DM'd to you when a decision is reached!

If you didn't recieve the appeal or the punishment message in your DM's - it's likely you have your DM's turned off for the server. You may ask a trusted friend to request the reason for the punishment and the appeal form from a staff member in a ticket.

♡ How do I report a staff member?

Open a Report Staff ticket in the #Tickets channel! This will get you in touch with the senior team.
